At Charlotte Street Magazine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fashion curation. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects the condition of your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
